Terms of Service
1. The service
SpotiDuel is a free, non-commercial music quiz game for playing with friends. It is a hobby project, provided as-is, with no guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. It may change or shut down at any time.
2. Your accounts
Connecting Spotify or YouTube is optional and only grants SpotiDuel read-only access to build quizzes from your library. You are responsible for your own account credentials; SpotiDuel never sees your passwords.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload or attempt to break the service.
- Don't use the chat to harass others or post unlawful content.
- Rooms and chat are ephemeral; anything you type may be seen by the other players in your room.
4. Music content
All song titles, artwork and 30-second audio previews are provided by third-party services (Spotify, Deezer, Apple, YouTube) and remain the property of their respective rights holders. SpotiDuel streams short previews for the sole purpose of gameplay and stores no full-length music.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Use it for fun, at your own risk.
